The meaning of organization is to integrate individual energy and identity into collective energy and oneness. In which different individuals with the same objective can progress toward achieving the goal with increased power. We are one such organization. Our identity we are non-teaching employees of the University. Today non-teaching employees do not mean only those works in permanent positions, also identifies millions of casual workers engaged. Our objective is to improve our profession better, safer and more respectful. For the last 57 years we have been striving for this purpose.

Struggle means concerted effort to achieve a goal. The path of struggle is decided on a situation, backdrop and above all the objectives. The adversity of situation makes our job difficult and the situation changed under the pressure of relentless struggle. We have fought against many odds. Sometimes, we have been fighting against the university authorities, sometimes against the anti-employees policies of the state government or the central government. Our success lies in harnessing collective power rather than relying on individual image and heroism. We want to follow the path shown by our predecessors.
